Log in to CallGuide Voice Web and enter the Services | Voicemail settings menu.
Some examples of which settings can be made:
Do you want to have your activity information to be read to the person calling? If yes, it is also possible to set whether the accumulated and time of several continuous activities shall be read.
Shall the person calling be given the option of being connected to a human operator? If yes, fill in the telephone number to where the call shall be redirected.
Do you want notification when new messages has arrived? Via sms and/or email? For email Yes, attach voicemail will attached the voicemail message as a separate file.
Should inbound calls be allowed to leave voicemails?
If yes, the person calling is allowed to record a voicemail when the greeting / activity has been presented. If no, voicemails will still be received if the called person lack recorded personal greeting.
